## Frequently Asked Questions

 How much advising do I get?

**It's up to you!**

**Monthly Memberships** provide access to one Help Session per month. Additional sessions or support time can be added as needed.

**Pay-As-You-Go **is a one-time purchase of a select number of hours.

If additional consulting time is requested,  you will receive a personalized payment link reflecting the additional consulting hours provided.

 

 

 How often will I get billed?

Our Monthly Membership plan charges automatically each month from the date of purchase until canceled.  You will receive an email reminder of upcoming payments 14 days prior to payment processing. Pay-as-you-go plans and additional consulting hours are one-time payments.

 Will I have the same advisor every time?

We operate along areas of expertise. When you book time or reach out, we will have the individual on our team that is best suited to advise and provide assistance respond. 

 Can I cancel any time?

 Yep! You may submit a cancellation request at any time via email. For Monthly Memberships, cancellations will take effect on the last date of the current month of service.  Pay-As-You-Go hours may be canceled at any time, however, refunds will not be issued for unused time.

 What if I don't need help for a month?

We believe that we can help people in good times and tough times so we encourage people to use us each month (even just to check in). As such, we do not "bank" support time and non-use will not be refunded in any way. We reserve the right to determine on a case-by-case basis whether "no-shows" will receive a credit for any booked session.
